Products direct from the Chevroux family farm, where animals are raised in the open air: Limousin meat, pork, farmhouse charcuterie, wood-fired breads and pies, all produced and processed by us in our approved workshop.

Located in Chevroux, a small village in the heart of the Bresse region, Ferme de Lusignat is a family farm founded in 1964 by Renée and Paul Grosbon. Throughout their career, they have raised cattle and pigs. In 2003, their children, Béatrice and Michel, succeeded them by creating the EARL Ferme de Lusignat, with the aim of marketing the farm's products directly. Jean-Luc Decher, a pastry chef by trade, joined them in 2009 to create the wood-fired bread workshop. And finally, in 2012, Michel's son Vincent joined them to develop the Limousin cow herd.
