Since the launch of our first plain farm yogurt in 2018, we've developed around twenty tasty and varied recipes around 4 ranges of farm yogurts and dairy desserts. Nothing but good ingredients in our farmhouse yogurts!

From dairy farming to yogurt making: the Désiris farm transformation. When a Bresse family dairy farm reinvents itself… It all started with a simple idea: "What if we diversified our production by processing our own cows' milk? When you work with quality milk and know how, you don't need to add to it. That's why we don't use any additives (milk powder, texture agents or preservatives) in our recipes… except for the ingredients (fruit jams or flavourings), of course!

From home-building a prototype steamer to developing our first recipe for plain yoghurt, from blind tests with our friends and family to the first tastings organized in canteens… It took time, patience and perseverance! But the idea caught on, so much so that it's not just our milk that we've transformed, but our farm too! We built ourselves the additional buildings needed to make yoghurt (processing workshop and cold room), in the extension of the old farmhouse.

And we've also changed the way we do our job as breeders: selecting and breeding our cows, feeding and caring for them, organizing production… everything has been reorganized around yogurt-making. Much to the delight of our "Brunes" and other lovers of farmhouse yoghurts!

Opening period

From 01/01 to 31/12 on Friday between 2.30 pm and 6.30 pm.

Except public holidays.
