Departing from the Pont-de-Vaux marina, lunch cruise on the Canal de Pont-de-Vaux, the Saône and the Seille to La Truchère and back. Passage of the Pont-de-Vaux and La Truchère locks. Lunch on board.
Menu served on board with fresh local produce: Kir, Bavarois of zucchini with smoked trout, Parmesan shortbread, aioli coulis, Effiloché of duck confit with small onions, sweet potato crushed with Etrez butter, Morbier, Comté, walnuts and raisins, Entremet of nougat with apricot heart, pistachio cookie, apricot coulis, Coffee, 1 glass of white Mâcon AOP and 1 glass of Côtes-du-Rhône AOP.
