In the heart of a hamlet of Servignat, in the countryside, Emmanuel offers 3 guest rooms with soft and refined decoration, located upstairs, and in the extension of the owners' residence. In this completely renovated old Bressanne farmhouse, via an independent entrance, you access a living room, from which access to the bedrooms is via a staircase. The landing opens onto the first bedroom with a 160*200 double bed, the second bedroom is equipped with a 160*200 bed and a single bed (suitable for a child) and finally the last bedroom includes a 160 double bed. All rooms have a desk and a bathroom with private WC in the room. Breakfasts and the table d'hôtes (by reservation) prepared with local and homemade products, are taken on the covered terrace in summer or in the dining area intended for guests. A relaxation lounge, overlooking the living room, is equipped with a library area, so you can take time to daydream.
For a stopover or a longer stay, the wooded park is designed to relax, take naps, in the shade, in hammocks, deckchairs and enjoy the calm of the place.
Close to the room: Montrevel Leisure Center (15km), Pont de Vaux marina (10km), numerous hiking trails, for bicycles: Voie Bleue (10km) and Traversée (1.5km) and numerous circuits … without forgetting fishing in rivers, ponds or streams. Get your fill of activity, whether you're young or old, you're sure to find what you're looking for. The filling of swimming pool water and its use by tenants may be restricted in application of the “drought” decrees of the Ain prefecture.
