– A cardio-musculation fitness area: A full range of 9 programmable cardio-respiratory machines (upright bike, recumbent bike, treadmill, elliptical bike, stepper and rowing machine) as well as 7 weight-bearing machines with guided weights (vertical and horizontal pull-up, multi-press, leg flexion-retention, abduction-adduction, leg press, adjustable double pulley and abdomen bench).

– Relaxation area: 1 jaccuzi, 2 saunas (70° and 80°) and 1 hammam
