Are you planning an event?
Tell us! Flea markets, concerts, festivals, hikes, shows, etc., we enter it into our Apidae database so that it appears on our website and on many other websites.
This database allows us to develop different publishing materials such as “the calendar of summer events”, “activities to do with the family”, the flyer of the European Heritage Days and “What to do in December?”.
It also allows us to report your events in our monthly newsletter at the beginning of each month and in our posts entitled “Ideas for the weekend” on our social networks every Thursday.
For the 2026 updates, you can request the form to be returned to us before November 15, 2025 (especially for your hikes which will be mentioned in the “Guide des randonnées de l’Ain!”), or you can provide us with the name of the event, a description, date, times, contact and 2 or 3 royalty-free landscape photos of at least 1 MB.

NB: Do not hesitate to send us your posters and flyers a few weeks before your events to display them at our 2 reception offices (Bâgé-le-Châtel and Pont-de-Vaux)!
