Are you planning an event?
Tell us! Flea markets, concerts, festivals, hikes, shows, etc., we enter it into our Apidae database so that it appears on our website and on many other websites.
This database allows us to develop different publishing materials such as our “animation programs” published several times a year.
It also allows us to report your events in our monthly newsletter at the beginning of each month and in our posts entitled “Weekend ideas” on our social networks every Thursday morning.
For the 2027 updates, you can request the form below to be returned to us before November 7, 2026 (especially for your hikes which will be mentioned in the “Guide des randonnées de l’Ain”), or you can provide us with the name of the event, a description, date, times, contact and 2 or 3 royalty-free landscape photos of at least 1 MB.

NB: Do not hesitate to send us your posters and flyers a few weeks before your events to display them at our 2 reception offices (Bâgé-le-Châtel and Pont-de-Vaux)!
