Near a residence occupied year-round by a family member, it is surrounded by a preserved environment where fishing enthusiasts can enjoy a private pond on site, ideal for fishing for "little whites" in complete tranquility.

Here, every morning you can surprise yourself by spotting a deer, a hare, or a pheasant around the corner of the garden, in the soothing calm of the Bresse countryside.

The surroundings invite you to reconnect with nature. From the cottage, hiking trails wind through fields and groves, offering walks to suit all tastes. Wildlife lovers can watch birds, breathe the fresh air, and let themselves be lulled by the rhythm of the seasons. Just a short drive away, Bresse reveals its farmers' markets, traditional farms, and hedge-lined trails, perfect for discovering the authenticity of the region.

The ambiance of this cottage reflects the gentle Bresse way of life. This former farmhouse has been restored to its former glory, enhanced by modern comforts. The large living room, heated by a wood-burning stove, becomes the heart of the home in winter, while the open-plan kitchen allows for cooking while sharing convivial moments.
