This characterful house, adjoining the owners' residence, located in the village of Boissey, has been lovingly restored to preserve its half-timbering and historic character while offering all the modern comforts essential for your holiday. Ideal for a short, rejuvenating break or a longer family vacation, this property exudes a warm and personal atmosphere where you'll immediately feel at home.

The living space has been designed to comfortably accommodate six people in a spacious and inviting setting. The fully equipped kitchen becomes the hub of your social gatherings, while the living room invites you to unwind completely beneath its ancient beams. For your nights, three spacious bedrooms, blending rustic antique furniture with refined finishes, offer a true haven of serenity. Each room in the house tells a story and guarantees complete relaxation from the moment you arrive.

The garden is a constant invitation to share moments under the Ain sun. You'll enjoy a completely private swimming pool nestled in a peaceful green setting, perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring. For absolute comfort, a laundry room adjoining the cottage and equipped with a shower is directly accessible from the terrace and the pool: ideal for rinsing off or changing without having to go inside the house. Your outdoor spaces become the setting for al fresco breakfasts and dinners under the stars, with only the surrounding countryside as your horizon. Discover your holiday home: the entrance is through the semi-open-plan living room leading to the fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, including a family room. One bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200cm), a second has two single beds (90x200cm), and the family room has two single beds (90x200cm) and an en-suite shower room with toilet. There is also a second shower room and a separate toilet. A functional laundry room with a shower is attached to the cottage, offering direct access from the outside.

Travel light: everything is included – beds are made upon arrival, towels, linens, and utilities are provided. Cleaning services are available as an option. Heating is provided by a heat pump and electric radiators. Garage for one car and two-wheeled vehicles (bicycles and/or motorcycles). Two parking spaces in the owners' courtyard.

The swimming pool is equipped with a roller shutter. It is unheated (dimensions: 5m x 10m and 1m to 2m deep).
