Gilles Chazot gastronomic exhibition and wine Sale
Exhibition of dishes made by local food professionals or apprentices, and sale of Bugey, Mâconnais and Beaujolais wines.
It's an opportunity for food industry professionals to showcase their expertise in the field of gastronomy, and for visitors to put together their Christmas and New Year's Eve meals using excellent local products. An apprentice competition will showcase the work of young people in training at the MFR Balan, Cecof Ambérieu and CIFA Mercurey in the kitchen, bakery, patisserie and butcher-caterer sections. A raffle will feature 1,500 prizes, 200 of which will come from the exhibition. Wines, pastries and chocolates will be available for tasting… and sale.
